How will this Secret Santa work?

This year, we are accepting artists! To participate, fill out and submit the sign-up form by December 6th, 11:59 PM KST. (If you missed the sign-ups and would still like to participate, you will be able to fill out a form to be a backup santa! The form will will be released two days after sign-ups end)After sign-ups end, the mods will then send you your assigned giftee and their list of prompts through email. If you do not reply indicating you’ve received your assignment, we will try to contact you through the alternate socials you’ve provided. If we still cannot reach you, a backup santa will take your place!After you’ve confirmed your assignment, you can begin creating your gift!There will be two check ins; the first check in will be on December 18, and the final check in will be on December 23. Please make sure to contact us if you need an extension or would like to drop out!Starting December 25th to January 5th, you may begin sharing your gift! You can post it publicly with the tag #ZB1SecretSanta2025 along with your giftee’s @. You can also DM it to them personally, or if you would like to stay anonymous, email or DM us your gift and we will deliver it to your giftee on your behalf by either posting it on our Twitter with your permission or by DMing it privately.

No AI works are allowed!This event will be SFW. Please avoid making NSFW gifts or prompts.Do not spoil your gift or who your gift recipient is before the gift exchange period begins! Please avoid posting any WIPs or talking about your giftee's wishlist publicly.Please DM us if you need an extension or if you need to drop out. If you cannot make a deadline and you do not let us know beforehand, you will be notified that you are dropped from the event and a backup santa will take your place. What is a Secret Santa?
ZB1 Secret Santa is an anonymous fanart exchange event between Zerose artists!All participants will be randomly assigned a person and will then create fanart to gift based on their wishlist. Everybody that signs up will give a gift and get a gift! Who your Secret Santa is will stay anonymous up until the gift exchanging period begins.Who can join?
Every Zerose is welcome and encouraged to join regardless of skill level or experience. Such is the spirit of the holidays HOHOHO! Please don't be scared and join us!What medium does the gift have to be in? Can it be traditional art?
Any medium is accepted! We just ask that the final product looks finished. If you are unsure if your gift would be considered as finished, feel free to shoot us a DM and ask!Is RPS/RPF allowed?
Yes! We will only match those with RPS/RPF prompts with Santas that are willing to create RPS/RPF gifts. If you are not okay with creating or receiving RPS gifts, please make sure to signify it in the sign-up form!I have a question for my gift recipient! How can I ask them?
DM us with your question and we will ask your giftee for you!Can I get an extension if I can’t post my gift on time?
Yes! Contact us before the deadline on January 5th so we can let your gift recipient know you will be a little late.I missed the deadline to sign-up! Is there a way I could still participate?
You can become a backup santa by filling out a form that will be released soon! A backup santa will be expected to create another gift in the place of a secret santa that has dropped out. Depending on the circumstances, you may be able to receive a gift as well, but please note that it is NOT guaranteed!
